Freya Tingley Movies

Petite Australian actress Freya Tingley was born March 26, 1994. She landed her first professional part at age 14 with the Black Swan Theatre Company in Perth, appearing in the Caryl Churchill play "Far Away." Two years later, she was spotted by a talent scout and moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career in earnest.

Tingley is a trained vocalist, and her varied résumé includes a singing role in the short film Light as a Feather (2010). She also appeared in the Australian miniseries Cloudstreet and learned sign language to portray a deaf girl in the short film Beneath the Waves (both 2011).

In 2012, Tingley was cast in the Netflix original horror series "Hemlock Grove," playing a budding novelist who jumps at the chance to interview a murder suspect.
