Located outside Paris, the rough and rundown quarter known as 100% Arabica (due to the large number of Algerian immigrants) desperately needs a guiding light. Not a moment too soon, the pop duo Rap Oriental (featuring Khaled and Cheb Mami of the real-life Rai band) arrives to save the day with their inspirational message. As they serenade the troubled residents with their unique sound, hope begins to blossom in the poverty-stricken neighborhood.
