After completing an internship away from home, business student Frank (Jalil Lespert) returns to his hometown and takes a job at the local factory, where his father Jean-Claude (Jean-Claude Vallod) has worked for 30 years. Frank's youthful drive quickly scores points with his superiors, but when he discovers that the higher-ups plan to oust his father, Frank decides to organize a boycott -- to which Jean-Claude is staunchly opposed.
