A Bigger Splash
Artist David Hockney plays a painter who's lost his will to create after an emotional breakup. His art aficionado pals fret over his inability to tap into his genius -- until he begins a new project: a work of art situated in a swimming pool. This quasi-documentary, filmed in 1974 and released 10 years later, features "actors" in the biggest role of their lives: their own identities.
