The canine capers continue as young Eric Banks (Edward Fidoe) doggedly searches for the answer to his unusual problem -- he can't stop himself from changing into a shaggy pooch. Whenever his nose starts to itch, Eric finds himself in the doghouse. Dodging dognappers and others, Eric makes his way to an old countryside manor and to the mysterious owner who may have the life-altering answer Eric's been looking for.
