A Tree of Palme
To care for his sick wife, an artisan creates a puppet named Palme. After her death, Palme is inconsolable ... until a woman crosses paths with the puppet and his creator and asks them to deliver a precious object to a sacred place called Tama. Palme, mistaking the woman for his master's late wife, accepts the request and takes his first step to becoming more human. Think of the film as an indie rift on Pinocchio.
