Addiction brought filmmaker Alex LeMay to the brink of destruction. Bullfighting brought him back. This documentary chronicles his effort to beat drug and alcohol abuse by training to become a bullfighter -- and redeem himself to his dying father. Joining LeMay on his foray into the dangerous sport are a Korean youth, a geneticist and a musician. The journey takes them from training all the way to amateur bullfights in Spain and Mexico.
