"Six Feet Under" star Rachel Griffiths plays a middle school counselor struggling to help a troubled teen in this naturalistic HBO drama. The action takes place over the course of a single pivotal day as the boy (Jonan Everett) goes on a self-destructive rampage, stealing, fighting with his father and undermining himself at every opportunity, while the counselor desperately tries to save him from himself.
