To help her brother mend his failing marriage, young Russian beauty Anna Karenina (Helen McCrory) -- who's married to eminent nobleman Alexei Karenin (Stephen Dillane) -- leaves St. Petersburg for Moscow, where she meets the dashing Count Vronsky (Kevin McKidd).
