Anthony Howard's documentary examines tall-bike culture and chronicles the filmmaker's attempt to join the Black Label Bicycle Club, a group of radical tall-bikers who detest consumerism and build their bikes from recycled scraps and spare parts. Howard's film reveals the Black Label Bicycle Club's conviction that an apocalypse will end the reign of cars, as well as the club's battles with corporate power and competing tall-bike gangs.
