A horrible parasite infects the pregnant wife of a sadistic circus owner, driving her on a murderous rampage. As host to a nasty organism that's melded with her fetus, Yanka (Emmanuelle Escourrou) discovers that she can communicate with the creature, which orders her to kill her husband. With the monster in her womb demanding more human blood, Yanka descends into madness and sets off to find more victims to feed her unborn child.
