Ludwig van Beethoven's "Fidelio" -- the opera that played a prominent role in Stanley Kubrick's final film, "Eyes Wide Shut" -- comes to life in this memorable staging by Nikolaus Harnoncourt, recorded live at the Zurich Opera House in 2004. Finnish soprano Camilla Nylund sings the title role (as well as the role of Fidelio's wife, Leonore), with vocal support from Jonas Kaufmann, László Polgár, Elizabeth Rae Magnuson and Alfred Muff.
