When a Vietnamese boy (Jonathan Ke Quan) and his American stepbrother (Eddie Saavedra) discover that their ex-GI father (Jerry Trimble) is a bank robber and a killer, they use their kickboxing moves to try and bring him to justice. But things get dicey when dad takes a young girl hostage. Can the brothers defeat their pop without harming the girl in the process? This martial arts action film co-stars Bolo Yeung and Ed Neil.
