Wisely is a writer of science fiction novels dying from a brain tumor who travels to the Carrinan mountains in search of a magical relic that will save him. When the power-mad General Nguen threatens to use the relic for his own world domination plan, Wisely and a group of rebels must stop the general at all cost.
