Pioneering double bassist and political activist Charlie Haden brings his radical grooves to the 1992 Montreal International Jazz Festival, playing a rousing set of socially conscious numbers, including "Hymn of the Anarchist Women's Movement." Backed by his Liberation Music Orchestra, Haden also performs "Spiritual," "Dream Keeper," "Canto del Pilon," "Feliciano Ama" and the anthem of the African National Congress, "Nkosi Sikelel' iAfrika."
