Intent on winning an invitation to a state academic competition, the students of Steinmetz High commit long hours to studying for the regional qualifying event. After the team barely makes the cut, one student steals a copy of the state finals test. The students must then decide whether to cheat and win the contest or to take their chances by relying on their intelligence.
