A resentful widow resorts to desperate measures in this romantic drama. Concerned mother Rajlakshmi (Lily Chakraborty) finds a potential wife for her spoiled son, Mahendra (Prosenjit), or his friend Behari (Tota Raychaudhuri). Both men reject Binodini (Aishwarya Rai) without even meeting her, and she marries another man who dies within a year. Rajlakshmi brings the widow back from Calcutta, and she begins to manipulate the men who rejected her.
