Ana (Yvonne Delarosa) is injured in a car accident but manages to catch a ride with an American tourist to a Mexican resort to meet her boyfriend, only to discover that the village is in ruins and there's something mysteriously different about the town's residents. Ana gradually realizes that she has become trapped in a purgatory where humans have taken on animalistic behavior. Will she fall victim to this horrible transformation herself?
