Mirit (Neama Shendar) and Smadar (Smadar Sayar) are both serving their mandatory terms in the Israeli army, charged with the mundane task of checking the papers of Palestinian civilians. When a seemingly ordinary day is interrupted by a tragic event, the girls find their lives can never be the same.
