When Geoffrey (Brian McHugh) and Randy (Sam Rockwell) take little brother Casey (Nathan Forrest Winters) to the circus and make fun of his fear of clowns, they never suspect that a nightmare awaits them later in the evening, when three psychotic clowns terrorize the siblings. It seems that a trio of killers have murdered the clowns at the local circus and assumed their identities for their own twisted purposes.
