Irish immigrant conductor Terry O'Toole (Johnny Hines) must prove his mettle and stop the villains who are attempting to take over Denman Connelly's (Fred Esmelton) streetcar company. O'Toole has a definite stake in the matter, as he's fallen for Connelly's gorgeous daughter, Noretta (Doris May). Frank Griffin and Charles Hines direct this silent comedy, while Dorothy Vernon, Byron Sage, Ruth Renick and Dan Mason co-star.
