Dharmatma (Prem Nath) is a compassionate crime boss whose son (Feroz Khan) can't stand him, giving his affection only to a local girl (Hema Malini). Although Dharmatma is kind-hearted, his lifestyle catches up with him when his son-in-law (Imtiaz Khan) betrays him.
