In this 1997 hijacking documentary (helmed by Johan Grimonprez) that chillingly foreshadows 9-11, utopian skyjackers who risked it all for their revolutions in the 1960s are replaced in the 1990s by cutthroats who'll sacrifice anyone and everyone to realize their goals. Grimonprez combines archival hijacking footage with prosaic material such as commercials, cartoons and the director's quirky home movies to achieve a disquieting, surreal effect.
