A wheelchair-bound English scientist (Boris Karloff) who acquired mysterious powers from a radioactive meteorite entertains a young American visitor (Nick Adams) with tea, terror and his beautiful daughter (Suzan Farmer). Soon, however, the girl finds herself torn between her father's evil ways and her need to protect the man she loves from a diabolical end. An H.P.
