Doctor Who (David Tennant) becomes animated in this second installment of the cartoon serial that finds the doctor abetted by two new companions, Cassie (Georgia Moffett) and Jimmy (Tim Howar), after the TARDIS lands near Area 51 -- aka Dreamland -- and the Doctor goes alien hunting. A brutish Army colonel hinders the Doctor's investigation, and evil alien Lord Azlok of the Viperox tries to kill him, but the always resourceful Doctor perseveres.
