Twin sisters -- the innocent Chong Hoi and the power-hungry Chou Shui (both played by Brigitte Lin) -- are in love with Siu Yiu Tze, the omnipotent master of the mystic martial arts who's taught them everything they know. Meanwhile, a powerful demigoddess (Gong Li) is in love with Chong Hoi, and Siu Yiu Tze's chief adversary (Norman Chu) is building an army to challenge him and gain mastery over his powers.
