Drive, He Said

1971 Rated R 1hr 30m

Set at a Vietnam-era Ohio university, Jack Nicholson's directorial debut stars William Tepper as a basketball jock who finds plenty of distraction off the courts bedding a professor's wife (Karen Black) and getting drawn into the radical politics of the day. Capturing the chaos, zeal and lunacy of 1970s campus life, Nicholson's irreverent comedy co-stars frequent collaborator Henry Jaglom, Bruce Dern and David Ogden Stiers in a supporting role.
