Nothing much happens in the bucolic town of Blanca Carne, Calif., but things are about to change as Horny the Clown (Van De La Plante) -- the evil mascot of fast-food chain Hella-Burger -- embarks on a murderous rampage. Tired of seeing her friends butchered by Horny's meat cleaver, 17-year-old Mackenzie Carpenter (Leighton Meester) enlists the aid of her randy beau (Nicholas D'Agosto) to stop the killer in this tongue-in-cheek slasherfest.
