Three idealistic Los Angeles cab drivers, fed up with their hollow existences, are on the verge of hitting a dramatic turning point in their lives. They latch onto newcomer Legrand (Chad Lowe), whose mysterious disposition prompts the drivers to reevaluate their lives and discover their own hidden ambitions.
