A 13-year-old homeless boy (Abel Ayala) makes ends meet by impersonating a famous Polish singer at the Buenos Aires Central Station, earning the nickname "El Polaquito" (the Little Polish singer). While singing at the station one day, he meets Pelu (Marina Glezer), a young prostitute who works for the same mafia boss as he does. To win Pelu's heart, he will take on the mafia, stopping at nothing to prove his love to her.
