Special agent Harly Cordell (Stacie Randall) seeks revenge against her former lover -- who just happens to be a terrorist -- in this ammo-packed actioner. Harly once fought alongside boyfriend Frank Lydell (Dan Gauthier) in the Gulf War, but after returning home, Frank joins up with ruthless assassins who set out to terrorize the citizens of Los Angeles. Determined to stop her ex and his gang, Harly must resort to excessive force.
