In this tense thriller, brothers Ray (Craig Sheffer) and Steven (Bradley Gregg) run a gas-stop motel at the edge of the Mojave Desert. Eight years ago, they witnessed the murder of their parents by robbers; now, they're dealing with the emotional fallout from the tragedy. When a bickering couple (Dennis Hopper and Lara Flynn Boyle) checks into the motel, all their lives become intertwined ... with tragic results.
