As hundreds of decomposing bodies spring to life via the so-called "Lazarus virus," unsuspecting Americans are none the wiser, thanks to a government-mandated order to keep the news out of the media. To educate the public and broadcast the truth, a plucky television anchorwoman (Rachel Morris), her trusty cameraman (Billy Garberina) and a guilt-stricken guard (Patrick Cohen) hit the streets to film the undead.
