The effects of 9/11 are explored in three related stories. First, baseball player Milo is trying to impress a scout, but is upset when he's only offered a coaching job. In the second story, a pilot is hiding a secret from his family: His gay lover is a flight attendant, and on September 11, his flight -- and his life -- takes a very different course. Finally, Anhelo falls madly in love with a younger man, jeopardizing her marriage and career.
