Tessa (Jessica White) and her mother lose their home when they're unable to pay the rent. But Tessa can't bear for her classmates to find out she's homeless, so she covers up her dilemma. Soon, however, it becomes clear that keeping the secret and trying to survive on the streets is taking its toll on Tessa. Co-stars Sara Wilcox, Don Margolin and Glen Philips.
