It's tough escaping from a mental institution -- especially when after your first night away, you wake up in a bathtub minus one of your kidneys. This is what happens to our protagonist -- Val -- who spends the rest of the film searching for it. To find the missing organ, however, Val must locate the prostitute who stole it -- and when he does, an already dark journey grows even darker as the woman leads him into a world of murder and despair.
