George Segal and Jane Fonda star as the titular Dick and Jane, a pair of up-and-coming yuppies who exemplified the lifestyle before there was even a name for it. But they face a drastic change in their priorities when Dick loses his lucrative job. Unable to keep up with the expenses of the life to which they've grown accustomed, the high-living couple goes on a crime spree -- with hilarious results.
