Androids at Gangster World, a theme park where people fulfill their darkest fantasies, have started killing security guards. Programming wizard Garland (Gabriel Dell Jr.) enters the park to fix the robots and stop their mysterious new leader, the Outsider. Targeted for termination by every android, Garland races to save his kidnapped partner (Bridget Flanery) and prevent the park from being destroyed.
