Butt-kicking mental patient Alexandra (Stacie Randall) busts out of an asylum to retrieve a magical amulet from her ex-boyfriend (and ex-Satanist) Jonathan Graves (Peter Liapis). Along the way, her magic spells accidentally transport the impish, jive-talking Ghoulies to Los Angeles. The tagline for the fourth installment of this cheeky horror franchise promises "a little black magic, a little black leather … and a lot of black humor."
