Union leader Antoine (Jacques Villeret) realizes that satisfying both the needs of his workers and the demands of his company takes much more work than he anticipated in this French comedy. First, he gets the workers to agree to a strike if their failing factory starts forcing layoffs. But when he and his wife (Anne Roumanoff) win the lottery, Antoine decides to buy the company. From there, never-ending, hilarious complications arise.
