Superspy youth Gentaro Shizuka (Shôji Ishibashi) keeps Japan safe from the evil Unknown Clan with the help of his bumbling sidekick, Goro Kirishima (Mitsuo Hamada). Luckily for Gentaro -- and unluckily for the baddies -- Goro's alter ego is the giant cyborg known as the Iron King. Together, they fight crime and corruption in this funny sci-fi adventure, a hit in its native Japan in 1972, predating the similar "Transformers" by more than a decade.
