With his guitar in tow, deaf college student Ming (Ming-hsiang Tung) takes to the road on an introspective seven-day bicycle trip spanning Taiwan's gorgeous coastline, encountering an amusing cast of characters along the way. Art mirrors life as Ming encounters a film crew who decides to include a bit of his journey in their piece, celebrates the goddess Matsu and surprises his grandparents with a visit to their village.
