In this 1960s Japanese live-action sci-fi series, young Johnny Sokko (Mitsunobu Kaneko) commandeers a giant robot designed to be the indestructible weapon of planet Gargoyle's evil emperor and used in the quest to rule Earth. In a heroic bid to save the planet, Johnny uses his sole command of the android to fight the malicious aliens. Hirohiko Satô, Shôsaburô Date, Akio Itô, Yumiko Katayama and Tomomi Kuwabara also star.
