Doomed death row inmate Joseph Meeker (David Keith) has never forgiven cop Michael Silvano (Martin Kove) for sending him to the electric chair and killing his wife in a violent shootout. Not even death can stop Meeker from exacting his revenge. After his execution, he comes back from the grave to settle old scores. Silvano will have to stop the supernatural madman before it's too late in this eerie action-horror fest.
