Construction contractor Sachin Tichkule (Akshay Kumar) has big plans for the small town of Phaltan -- and he's got the big dreams to go along with it. That is, until he runs into an unexpected roadblock: his ex-girlfriend (Trisha Krishnan), the town's strict municipal commissioner. To make matters worse, getting anything done in Phaltan requires a contractor to pay out a few bribes. But Sachin's got no money, and his ex has no patience for corruption.
