In a secure facility in the middle of nowhere, society's serial killers are locked away, far from their would-be victims. This doesn't stop the murderers, however, from becoming victims themselves. One morning, they awake to find the doors unlocked and the guards gone. Trapped inside by a freezing mist, the prisoners are now prey for the ghosts of their victims -- a cheerleader, a camper, a baby sitter and more.
