When the daughter he left behind in America shows up at his hotel looking for the rich father who's been sending her money all these years, an Israeli hotel porter (Gabi Amrani) has his life turned upside down and struggles to keep his cover intact. With the help of some friends and co-workers, he puts on an increasingly elaborate show for the girl, posing as a distinguished guest and taking her on a whirlwind tour of his native land.
