The lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer mean no hurry or worry to Kipper the Dog. He and his assorted four-legged pals generate plenty of fun in the sun with just a beach, a bike, a paddling pool and their own refreshing imaginations. It's always a dog day afternoon with the soft-spoken, gentle Kipper and his ever-present sense of humor. Equally dear are Kipper's chums -- Tiger (a dog), Pig and Arnold (sort of a porcine Maggie Simpson).
