Preeminent conductor Leonard Bernstein shares his love of music with students in this compilation of informal lectures known as the "Young People's Concerts," a series that ran for more than 15 years. Bernstein, who presents complex concepts in an approachable, engaging way, used the venue to educate youngsters about a variety of musical topics in hopes of fostering an appreciation for music and inspiring them to develop their musical skills.
