A young Chinese child is dying of leukemia, and his only hope is a bone marrow transplant from a prison inmate incarcerated in Taiwan. With a scant 24 hours left before the boy dies, Doctor Kao (played by Taiwanese pop music idol Richie Ren) must cut through the mountains of bureaucratic red tape to transport the precious, life-giving marrow before it's too late. Also features legendary stuntman Blackie Ho in his last film.
